Christmas Tree Sale!

Rotary Trees have arrived! We unloaded and unwrapped approximately 800 trees this morning with the help of our wonderful community including a great group from the Navy!

Ballston Spa Rotary Supports BSCSD Weekend Backpack Program

The Ballston Spa Rotary Club on Nov. 15 presented the Ballston Spa Board of Education with a $3,000 check to provide Rotary support the school district’s weekend backpack program. which sends nutritious food home on weekends with elementary students who may be going hungry when they’re not in school. The donation meets a significant need in the community, and the club wishes to thank Rotary District 7190 for providing a district foundation grant to support the program. Beautification Award

The Rotary Club of Ballston Spa is deeply honored to have been recognized for its 9/11 Memorial Park project this past Monday. Thanks to our many partners and thanks to the BSBPA!

Lunch Meeting Guest Speaker

Blade Osborn, a Ballston Spa High School student and RYLA graduate, is Founder and Co-President of Buddy Blankets & Bears, Inc., a unique not-for-profit that provides blankets to military veterans and adults fighting chronic illnesses and cancer and buddy bears to children of military personnel, children with chronic illnesses, children in homeless shelters and Children Protective Services. Blade spoke at our lunch meeting yesterday about his not-for profit and how he benefited from the RYLA program.
