Blade Osborn, a Ballston Spa High School student and RYLA graduate, is Founder and Co-President of Buddy Blankets & Bears, Inc., a unique not-for-profit that provides blankets to military veterans and adults fighting chronic illnesses and cancer and buddy bears to children of military personnel, children with chronic illnesses, children in homeless shelters and Children Protective Services. Blade spoke at our lunch meeting yesterday about his not-for profit and how he benefited from the RYLA program.
We recently held our Installation Dinner where we recognized many hard working individuals, recapped 2016-17, welcomed our new officers and directors, and looked ahead to 2017-18.

Bio: I am originally from Oneonta and have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. All live close. The grandbabies are 1, 3, 5, 5 and 13. I have lived in Miami, Rochester, Syracuse and have been to many places all over the world.
I started my career in financial services in 1992. Over the years I have counseled and educated my clients so that we could successfully move forward to achieve their financial goals. I believe that financial planning is a long term relationship with my clients helping them over the hurdles including college education funding, retirement planning, estate and insurance planning.
